Guelph Preservation Action Committee (G-PAC)

Guelph Preservation Action Committee (G-PAC) is a group of citizens who act to preserve Guelph as a place where business and development support –but never endanger–family and community quality of life. Initial actions involve opposing the destructive challenge by Wal-Mart (the world’s richest corporation) to enter the city and adversely control Guelph’s development.

G-PAC supports the continuing 10-year legal battle against Wal-Mart but is focusing on other plans of action. G-PAC intends to accomplish their goals through a network of active volunteers and supporters.
